How to Prepare Delicious Pudina(Mint) Chutney

I’m here with new recipe GREEN CHUTNEY. It’s highly impossible to prepare any chat without this chutney. There are many chutney’s to prepare chat but the most important chutney is the Pudina Chutney.

Time Required: 10 minutes.
Serves: 1 Bowl.

  • Coriander leaves (dhania)-1bunch
  • Mint leaves (pudina)-3cups full
  • Lemon juice- 2 or 3 (lemons)
  • Green chillies-3
  • Ginger paste (adrak)
  • Jeera powder (cumin seed powder)
  • Black salt powder (kala namak)
  • Salt to taste


These are the steps to be followed to prepare Pudina Chutney.

Step 1: Wash the coriander and mint leaves with fresh water.

Step 2: Chop the green chillies

Step 3: Grind the coriander leaves mint leaves green chillies and ginger paste.

Step 4: Finely grind the paste by add ½ cup water.

Step 5: Now add black salt powder (1tspn) jeera powder (1/2tspn) salt to taste.
Enjoy the flavour of chutney by adding it to different chat items and make your food Chatpata.
