Healthy Drink Made with CHIA SEEDS
The first thing come in my mind after listening healthy drink is CHIA SEEDS. Chia seeds are high in Omega-3 fatty acids which helps in blood pressure as well as in heart diseases. Chia seeds are rich in fiber which helps in proper digestion and it also helps in weight loss also. It also helps in blood sugar and cholesterol. From chia seeds we can make so many drinks, we can also add puffed chia seeds in cold coffee, smoothies, muffins, shakes etc.
We are going to make 4 different types of chia healthy drink.
- Water- 4 glass
- Chia seeds- 2 tsp
- Mausambi slice- 2
- Apple slice- 5-6 pieces
- Cinnamon- 2-3 small or 1/4th tsp
- Ginger- 2-3 slice
- Mint leaves- 5-6
It is must that you have to use glass or glass bottle for puffing chia seeds.
- Ek glass ki bottle le or usme water dale.
- Now add chia seeds to the bottle or chia seeds add karne k baad bottle ko ache s shake kare.
- Chia seeds, water k sath ache s mix hone chahiye.
- Glass ki bottle ko 2-3 hours k liye rakh de taki chia seeds ache s puff ho jaye.
Now we are going to make four different drinks. Chia water ko 4 alag alag glasses mein dal le.
Glass mein mausambi k slice add kare or usko ache s mix kar de.
Glass mein apple slice add kare or cinnamon k piece add kare or ache s mix kare.
Glass mein ginger k slice add kare or usme mint leaves add kare or ache s mix kare.
Glass mein srf chia water hi dale because normal chia water is also healthy.
