Choco Mango Pudding

Ingredients:

  • Mango – 1
  • Dark chocolate – 50 grams
  • Sugar – 2tbsp + 2tbsp
  • Custard powder(vanilla) – 1tbsp + 1tbsp
  • Milk – 0.5 cup + 1.5 cup

Method:

Mango pudding :-

  • First, rinse and then peel off one medium size mango.
  • Chop the mango and blend it in a jar.
  • Mango puree will be smooth in texture.
  • Take that puree and add this in a pan.
  • Keep the stove on low-medium flame.
  • Add sugar to it.
  • On the other side, take half cup of milk and add custard powder to it.
    Mix it well.
  • Now add the mixture into pan and stir it continuously until the solution starts boiling.
  • Turn off the flame when the pudding mixture starts thickens.
  • Cool down it for around 10 minutes.
  • Now, pour the pudding mixture into individual moulds.
  • Refrigerate it for around 1 hour.

Chocolate pudding:-

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  • Take a pan and add milk to it.
  • Keep the stove on loe-meddium flame.
  • Add sugar and chocolate to it.
  • On the other side, take half cup of milk and add custard powder to it.
    Mix it well.
  • Now, add the mixture into pan and stir it continuously until the solution starts boiling.
  • Turn off the flame when the pudding mixture starts thickens.
  • Cool down it for around 10 minutes.
  • Now pour the pudding mixture into mango pudding moulds.
  • Refrigerate it for around 1 hour.
  • Garnish the pudding with chopped mangoes and choco chips.

Your choco mango pudding is ready for dessert.

Tip:
Remember that you have to use ripe and sweet mango.
