Choco Mango Pudding
Ingredients:
- Mango – 1
- Dark chocolate – 50 grams
- Sugar – 2tbsp + 2tbsp
- Custard powder(vanilla) – 1tbsp + 1tbsp
- Milk – 0.5 cup + 1.5 cup
Method:
Mango pudding :-
- First, rinse and then peel off one medium size mango.
- Chop the mango and blend it in a jar.
- Mango puree will be smooth in texture.
- Take that puree and add this in a pan.
- Keep the stove on low-medium flame.
- Add sugar to it.
- On the other side, take half cup of milk and add custard powder to it.
Mix it well. - Now add the mixture into pan and stir it continuously until the solution starts boiling.
- Turn off the flame when the pudding mixture starts thickens.
- Cool down it for around 10 minutes.
- Now, pour the pudding mixture into individual moulds.
- Refrigerate it for around 1 hour.
Chocolate pudding:-
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- Take a pan and add milk to it.
- Keep the stove on loe-meddium flame.
- Add sugar and chocolate to it.
- On the other side, take half cup of milk and add custard powder to it.
Mix it well. - Now, add the mixture into pan and stir it continuously until the solution starts boiling.
- Turn off the flame when the pudding mixture starts thickens.
- Cool down it for around 10 minutes.
- Now pour the pudding mixture into mango pudding moulds.
- Refrigerate it for around 1 hour.
- Garnish the pudding with chopped mangoes and choco chips.
Your choco mango pudding is ready for dessert.
Tip:
Remember that you have to use ripe and sweet mango.
